Klaviyo Flow Builder (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Klaviyo Flow Builder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and setting up high-quality email flows efficiently, following proven SOPs and ensuring every email is properly structured, designed, and ready to perform. You will play a key role in delivering consistent execution across multiple client accounts.

About the Role

As a Klaviyo Flow Builder, you will focus on the production side of email marketing: building flows, setting up emails inside Klaviyo, applying correct formatting, and ensuring everything is implemented smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, has strong technical Klaviyo skills, and can execute quickly without sacrificing quality.

In This Role, You Will

Build complete Klaviyo flows based on strategy briefs and SOPs

• Create and format emails inside the Klaviyo builder with strong attention to detail
• Set up triggers, delays, conditional splits, and flow logic correctly
• Ensure flows follow internal standards and best practices
• Implement revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to finalize flow delivery
• Maintain consistency across client accounts in structure, layout, and execution
• Work efficiently while managing multiple flow builds at once

What You Will Do

• Execute email automations at a high speed and quality level
• Turn strategy documents into fully built Klaviyo flows
• Ensure every flow is clean, organized, and ready for launch
• Follow SOPs closely to maintain consistent delivery across the team
• Support the agency by producing reliable flow setups that drive results
