Service Agreement: By using Ecomflows services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

‍Service Description: Ecomflows provides email marketing automation services using Klaviyo. Our service aims to assist in setting up email flows for your online store.

‍Payment: Payment for services will be based on the selected subscription plan. Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, or annually, as per the agreed-upon terms.

‍Intellectual Property: All email flows and related content developed or provided by Ecomflows will be the property of the client once payment is complete.

‍Cancellation: Clients have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, an invoice will be generated reflecting the remaining credit or balance.

‍Data and Privacy: Ecomflows respects client data privacy and will not share or sell any personal or business information to third parties.

‍Service Modifications: Ecomflows reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion. Clients will be notified in advance of any such changes.

‍Liability: Ecomflows is not liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions resulting from the use of our services.

‍Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by international law. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate international courts.
